  • Fund is guaranteed by real estate properties in Costa Rica, valued 60% higher than fund value.
  • This real estate collateral is held by an independent trust guaranteeing by contract, the interest of the investor. This contract is signed by The Trust, The Investor, and The Fund. No assets can be sold before interest, and capital is returned to The Investor
  • Minimum investment commitment is 12 months, with invest- ment capital returned at the end of the year.
  • Independent auditing is done by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
  • Online management gives investors 24/7 access to their online portfolio. All real estate assets held by The Trust as security guarantee are listed.
  • Investors receive their interest payments monthly through wire transfer to any financial institution of their choice.

Sky Group Oilseed Biofuel Fund

  • Fund is guaranteed by real  estate properties in Costa Rica with valuable mature African Palm crops already planted, and in production.
